Freedom of Information

Within the UK we have two courses designed specifically to provide an overview of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. The briefings introduce the main principles of the Acts, and provides a number of practical examples to illustrate different scenarios covered by them.
